Nationally known plastics entrepreneur, inventor and educator John Beaumont has been named to the Plastics Hall of Fame, a part of the Plastics Academy under the auspices of SPI: The Plastics Industry Trade Association. Beaumont, president and CEO of Erie, Pa.–based Beaumont Technologies, also was recently inducted into the Plastics Pioneers Association. He was inducted at a ceremony during the National Plastics Exposition in Orlando, FL on March 22, 2015.
