How Beaumont utilizes the AIM Institute to improve our workforce
Over the last 25 years, the Beaumont Family of Companies has grown and evolved to continue fulfilling the needs of the injection molding industry. One common denominator has remained the same: our people and investing in employee education.
Beaumont’s American Injection Molding (AIM) Institute is proud to announce that its Molders’ Series has earned ANSI National Accreditation Board (ANAB) Accreditation, the largest accreditation body in North America.
AIM is now home to the only four ANAB-Accredited training programs in the injection molding industry: Molding 1, Molding 2, Molding 3, and our Plastics Technology and Engineering (PTE) Certificate Program.

The organization, a wholly owned subsidiary of Procter & Gamble, has installed their process control technology on an increasingly large number of machines, and we are receiving more and more questions regarding the technology and how it can be beneficial.
