Human Resources Generalist

Overview
Beaumont (www.beaumontinc.com) is a leader in plastics injection molding. Beaumont is seeking a Human Resource Generalist to join our rapidly growing workforce located in Erie PA.

Essential Job Functions

  • Reporting to President and independently working with the company leadership team supporting our Sales, Manufacturing, Engineering Consulting, and Educational Operations for our Erie, PA based headquarters.
  • Support leadership team – HR research, system implementation, project support, talent management, reporting/analytics, benefits administration, and champion HR initiatives.
  • Employee Relations/Performance Management- Review and revise verbal and written warning policies. Consult and coach managers to successfully navigate performance issues and talent development needs. Assist in employee relations issues, and conducting investigations. Maintain and update employee manual, establish job descriptions and compensation ranges for all employees and positions.
  • Training & Leadership Development – HR orientation and preparation of HR trainings including safety training.
  • Recruiting – Partner with local temp agencies and job websites (Indeed) to guide interview and selection process. Supporting innovative approaches to developing pipelines and promoting our employee value proposition.
  • Serve as HR Partner to a group of managers and employees in our fast-paced environment providing HR support and solutions.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent on the job experience; additional HR certifications preferred
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR is required, including experience in the progression of general HR responsibilities and exposure to talent recruitment and acquisition practices. Required experience includes employee relations, performance management programs, training, and project/program management
  • Demonstrated ability to invest effort, find success, work independently, and work in high performing/highly paced teams.
  • Able to provide HR support, proactive partnering with HR leaders, build innovative ideas & passionately take care of our employees and managers
  • Always be ready to lend a helping hand or jump into a new situation and learn
  • Demonstrated knowledge of current HR trends, best practices, and compliance issues.

Product Marketing Coordinator

Overview
Beaumont’s Marketing Team is expanding! The Product Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for content creation for the Beaumont Family of Companies.  An ideal candidate will come from a technical background with a plastics background being a plus.

Essential Job Functions

  • Collaborate with business unit leaders to understand departmental goals and align marketing efforts to support those objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales to align sales and marketing directives.
  • Collaborate and work with other coworkers to complete team projects and to meet marketing objectives.

Marketing Communications Coordinator

Overview
Beaumont’s Marketing Team is expanding! The Marketing Communications Coordinator will be responsible for all communications for Beaumont including but not limited to press releases, email campaigns, and internal communication. This individual must be detail-oriented, able to handle multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Essential Job Functions

  • Collaborate with business unit leaders to understand departmental goals and align marketing efforts to support those objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales to align sales and marketing directives.
  • Collaborate and work with other coworkers to complete team projects and to meet marketing objectives.
  • Responsible for the CRM and the management of data integrity.
  • Responsible for the development of all related newsletters, emails, press releases, and other communications.
  • Assist with graphics and video content to be used in print and digital content as needed.
  • Update and maintain marketing and sales department documents and databases.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all company and customer data, including but not limited to: purchase orders, employee data, and customer accounts.
  • Provide support to sales and marketing teams.
  • Responsible for planning and coordination of all tradeshows and events, including:
    • Updates to tradeshow directory including company description, logo, etc.
    • Purchase items for booth such as: electric, carpet, badges, lead retrieval, etc.
    • Coordinate with sales reps attending tradeshows.
    • Book hotels for largely company attended tradeshow(s)
    • Coordinating sponsorship opportunities
  • Responsible for ordering Beaumont & AIM branded items as needed.
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating general marketing related budget.
  • Available to travel as needed.

Graphic Designer & Animator

Overview
Beaumont’s Graphic Designer and Animator will be responsible for creating both 3D and 2D graphics and animations for Beaumont and the American Injection Molding (AIM) Institute.

(S)he will be responsible for creating new and original graphics and animations, product videos, training materials, and a variety of additional digital assets.

This individual must be a self-starter and be able to reliably complete projects and deliverables within clearly defined deadlines.

The successful candidate will possess a keen attention to detail.

Candidates will be asked to show examples of work during the interview process.

Essential Job Functions
• Creating and editing a wide variety of 3D and 2D graphics and animations, including but not limited to: layouts, videos for product illustrations, company logos, training materials, and website content.
• Reliably meeting deadlines and creating visual assets that meet project specifications.
• Coordinating with outside agencies as required, including but not limited to graphics designers, video production teams, and printers.

Required Skills and Experience
• Strong familiarity with graphic design and animation software
– Autodesk Maya or Maxon Cinema 4D, or similar
– Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, + After Effects
• Strong graphic design skills
• An eye for design
• Creativity and flexibility
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Deadline-oriented mindset
• Exceptional time- and project-management skills

This position will be offered a starting salary of $40,000 – $65,000 commensurate with skills and experience
