The Plastics Pioneers Association (PPA), McHenry, Ill., recently inducted John Beaumont, founder and CEO of Beaumont Technologies, into their organization.
Founded in 1944, the PPA is a non-profit organization of about 200 members, all of whom have at least 25 years of experience in plastics. The group’s primary purposes are to preserve the history plastics and nurture its future by awarding scholarships to students seeking a career in the industry and by supporting other educational programs.
