Fill Balancer® technologies are an adaptation of BTI’s patented MeltFlipper® and MeltFlipper® MAX™ technologies designed for the thermoset rubber industry. These technologies provide the ideal distribution of the compound properties within the mold and part cavities, thereby minimizing filling and part quality variations. The result is a rheological control system that can reduce cure times by as much as 50% and provide the opportunity for flash-free molding.

Although Fill Balancer® technologies may be retrofitted into existing molds, leading rubber companies are now standardizing on Fill Balancer® technologies in all new mold designs due to the significant cure time reductions and part quality improvements.
