INCOE Corporation and Beaumont Technologies to offer complete hot and cold runner technology solutions

INCOE & BTI

INCOE ® Corporation and Beaumont Technologies, Inc. (BTI) announced today that they have entered into an agreement that will allow each company to sell the other’s products.

John D. Blundy, V.P. Business Development for INCOE® Corporation stated, "This new agreement with BTI puts us in a unique position as a hot runner supplier. In addition to our DF Gold and Quick-Flo™ hot runner products, we can now offer all runner solution technologies. This will streamline the process of specifying and selecting these runner technologies through a single contact point, whether it is INCOE ® or BTI."

Since 2003, BTI has provided hot runner manifold designs with their patented MeltFlipper® balanced manifold technology exclusively under license to INCOE® Corporation for use in their Opti-Flo® hot runner systems. Cold runner technology provided by BTI will include design services and the new Rheological Control System (RCS) mold inserts recently introduced at NPE 2009.

David A. Hoffman, Technical Director of Sales & Marketing for BTI stated, "Our customers often utilize various runner systems. The collaborative working relationship we’ve had with INCOE® on numerous Opti-Flo® systems makes servicing both of our customer's needs much easier moving forward. They can now gain easier access to rheologically controlled solutions regardless of the type of melt delivery system".

Thogus Products Co. purchases 5 Step Process software license

Thogus Products

Thogus Products Co., of Avon Lake, OH is a custom plastic injection molder specializing in metal replacement solutions, tube and hose fittings, and tight tolerance molding. The company purchased a license of BTI's 5 Step Process Systematic Mold Balance Analysis software Version 3.0 after utlizing a demo CD on a new hot runner mold startup. According to James Michalenko, Process Engineer at Thogus Products, "BTI's 5 Step Process software helped us direct our attention to the source of our problems and prevented us from doing any more damage by attempting to process them out and wasting more valuable time and money!"

Contact BTI today to learn how the 5 Step Process diagnostic software can benefit your company and provide a new procedure for mold qualification and troubleshooting.

Northwestern Precision Manufacturing chooses BTI as their CAE solutions provider

Northwestern Precision Manufacturing

SPE’s Injection Molding Division Newsletter features BTI’s products and services in three areas

SPE IMD Newsletter

The Summer 2009 SPE IMD Newsletter features BTI in three areas. The first area is in regards to CAE mold filling simulation in their “Ask the Expert” column featuring John Ralston of BTI. Visit pages 6-8 of the newsletter to read about the state of simulation software predicting shear imbalances.

The newsletter also features BTI’s new full line of Rheological Control Systems in the “Highlights on NPE” section on page 13. The information outlines BTI’s growth into providing mold inserts and other various items related to controlling plastic flow in the mold and part cavities.

And finally, BTI is mentioned within INCOE’s press release regarding their new line of Quick-flo™ Hot Runner Systems with MeltFlipper® inside. The Quick-flo hot runners are designed mainly for high cavitation caps/closures, medical disposables, pharmaceutical, and packaging applications which demand maximum output, repeatable part quality, and superior cosmetics.
