Challenged by their customers with a 20% molding efficiency improvement, Integrity contacted BTI to provide timely and effective solutions. "It’s all about getting a solution to the customer as quickly and efficiently as possible," says Rick Wilson, engineering manager and general manager of Integrity Plastics, Inc. Due to Integrity's early recognition of the problem, BTI's technologies were quickly installed, resulting in the desired 20% improvement and a wider process window.

The article also summarizes the importance of the customer/supplier relationship. “It’s all part of the partnership,” Wilson continues. “The smarter your customers are, the easier they are to deal with. The more we can educate our customers, the better the relationship. In turn, they educate us. We know each other’s business on an intimate level. It’s important to have that relationship. If you don’t have that, it’s tough to grow your business in this economic climate.”
