Injection Molding Process/ Mold Technician

Beaumont Development is searching for a talented individual to support its molding operation as an injection molding process technician. This position is a full-time, temporary position that may lead to a full-time, regular employment opportunity.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, testing of new or inherited tooling, trouble shooting existing tooling, testing of resins, establishing processes, performing process studies, working with customers and engineering, completing production runs, and other related duties as assigned.

Candidates must have a background in material handling, setup of molds and auxiliary equipment and injection molding, with a minimum of two (2) years hands-on experience.

Regional Positions

Regional Account Manager/Full-time Sales

Beaumont Technologies, Inc. (Beaumont) has immediate openings for Sales Engineers/Account Managers in the Midwest and Southeast regions.

The main job function of this position is to grow sales and be a diverse company representative within the assigned region. This position requires between two and six weeks of training at the company's headquarters in Erie, PA. This position also requires the candidate to work from his or her home upon completion of training.

Some key job responsibilities include:
1. General sales-related activities, such as:
- Establishing a strong presence in the focus region and developing an in-depth knowledge of the companies and businesses in the region.
- Growing new leads with customers with a focus on developing a plan to maintain and grow the account.
- Regular travel to existing and prospective customers
- Meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Providing technical sales presentations regarding Beaumont's products and services.
- Quoting products and services using Beaumont's MRP system.
- Providing a high level of customer sales-related service.
- Maintaining accurate records in ACT database and sending weekly reports to direct managers regarding activities for the past week and plans for the upcoming weeks.

2. Participating in industry trade shows and conferences as needed.

3. Developing new marketing and sales ideas.

4. Attending Beaumont Sales Meetings via phone conference each week, and in person at a minimum of once per quarter.

Qualifications:
1. We are looking for a well-rounded, self-motivated employee with excellent writing and oral communication skills.
2. 1-5 years of sales and plastic industry experience required.
3. Knowledge of general Microsoft Office programs is required.
4. Degree in Plastics Engineering Technology is a plus, but not required.
